Each of the 539 niches in our catalog carries a personality profile — the trait ranges that tend to thrive in it — alongside the talents and interests it draws on. Your assessment answers produce Big Five scores; we then rank niches by how well your profile, skills, and interests align, surfacing the five best-fitting business pathways.
